Welcome to Food Service Design India. We offer kitchen designing solutions. With our know-how and sophistication in kitchen concepts, we have helped various international hotel chains, corporate cafeterias, schools, hospitals, colleges and institutions. We are proud to be facility planners of The Big Chill Cafe, Amici, Chili’s, Punjabi by nature, KFC, Pizza Hut, PHD and Bikanerwala. Food Service Design India has helped various Base kitchens/commissaries like Devyani International, IRCTC, Cafe coffee day, Heritage bakery, Meatzza processed products, Little bite foods and so on. When planning a kitchen, we make sure that our project managers or facility planners do a thorough study of your place and make a layout.
From food and service equipment to refrigerated equipment to Fire suppression system to dishwashing equipment and after maintenance services, we aim to help our clients with all these. We help in offering commercial kitchen designing solutions so that you can attract more customers and have a better cash flow system. A proper kitchen set up has a significant impact on your sales. It helps the in-house manpower to move freely, work in the comfort zone of a better kitchen set up. We also help in designing admin offices like GM’s office, sales and marketing, F&B office, EAM office, Reservations, Banquet sales office and so on. Our project managers have a sound understanding of the show kitchens, theatre kitchens, bar designing and buffet counters. Food Service Design India is a partnership between Mr. Sunil Khanna (DCE 1979, Bouygues S.A., France, FCSI member) and Mr. Rishi Dayal (I.H.M. Kolkata, OCLD 1979, EIH, FCSI member). Later on, many eminent and well-known hotel professionals joined Hotelconsult as working partners. Chef Rajeev Chowdhry (Executive Chef Oberoi Towers – Mumbai and Oberoi Soaltee – Kathmandu, Chef H.S. Malik (Executive Chef at The Oberoi, New Delhi / ILO Consultant), India’s best known trainer for the hospitality industry, Mr. Arun Aggarwal (Head of Oberoi Centre for Learning & Development, Head of Welcome group Management Institute) followed by Chef Garima Prakash (Indian Master Chef) are some of the names who offer their remarkable experience for complete kitchen designing solutions.
